*2 – Low-and Middle-Income Countries: The reduced registration fee is available for participants from Low- and Middle-Income Countries (LMICs), as classified by the World Bank.

The registration fees do not include insurance for participants against accidents, sickness, cancellation, theft, property loss or damage. Participants are advised to take out adequate personal insurance.
